Toilet sewage system isn't good. Smell of Urine and few mosquito as well. I was going to my booked hotel Driver(Dishonest Bangali Hindu Taxi Driver) advised me get this hotel. Everyone will take advantage of Tourist in that area. Breakfast was good.

I booked the hotel through booking.com. I stayed there for 3 days but they gave me bill for 2 days. Now I am running behind booking.com to get the right bill but almost an week , no luck. At the check out time they told me that bill is for 3 days and it was in envelop. As I was running for airport so I trusted them and did not verify. Later when I tried to submit the bill in office , found that. I stayed there from 2nd Jan to 5th Jan 2018. Will not visit again and doubtful about booking.com customer care !

I stayed here as a driver recommended me from airport to this hotel. Ambience is good. Service can be improved a bit. Overall good experience just for few hours. Maintenance requirements are there.l will recommend this hotel if you are staying only for one night

1. about 5 kms to airport on main road near city center2 2. single rooms are very small and cramped, with creeky bathroom doors 3. attached restaurant. food is good ( tried only vegetarian) 4. hotel manager and restaurant staff are very good, helpful suitable only for forced stopovers to catch a nap for sometime between connecting flights

My family and I made the mistake of staying in this hotel for 2 nights , i.e. a single night each on our way to Hong Kong via Kolkata. The management seems to run this hotel with absolute indifference and apathy and its a travesty ! Although it would be no use telling our story as it is long, excruciatingly painful and detailed but it is necessary to include details such as dirty bed sheets (blood stained), non functioning air conditioners and dirty and bug infested bathrooms ! And of course , they resort this treatment to paying customers ! We were promised a room and then ended up staying in a drawing/dormitory kind of a room with sickening bathrooms infested with bugs and what not ! It is a joke of a hotel and we made the mistake of staying in this hotel for which we aptly got punished ! Never again !
